Why have you not responded to my email or taking so long to respond?
We receive 1000s of emails every day and it takes a lot of time to go through them or sometimes your email gets lost in the 1000s of emails we get every day, don’t give up, try again and we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can. Never fear, we will get back to you. If it is urgent, mark the email as urgent and we will prioritise your email.
I can’t download my zip file from downloads?
Email us at email@example.com and we will email it to you and fix the issue on the issue on the website as well, just in case you need to download it again.
I purchased a single and my format is not in the zip file?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will convert it for you.
Will I get a colour chart in my zip file?
You will get one in every zip file. For the more simple designs with 3 colours or less, you may not always get one as the colours are a guide only and you can use any colour you like to go with your theme.
I accidentally made a double purchase, what do I do now?
Email us at email@example.com and we will refund it to you or you can choose a design of the same value and we will add it to you account downloads.
What formats will I get when purchasing a single embroidery design?
There should be the usual popular formats in your zip file. ART, DST, HUS, JEF, EXP, PES, VIP, VP3.
If your format is not in the zip file, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will convert it for you.
I can’t download my free design.
You must have a registered account and logged in to download free designs.
I don’t have a PayPal account. Is there another way I can purchase designs?
Yes there is, you can pay through PayPal with a Bank Account or Credit Card without creating a PayPal. Just click on the Proceed to PayPal button and then click on the Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card option.
